My daughter (That's DOCTOR Heidi to you and me <g>) asked me to ask you if you
have any suggestions for a problem that recently cropped-up with her Dell P4
512k yadda yadda.

Within iTunes, when clicking on the iTunes Store, she is presented with the
following dialog:

iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection was
refused. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network
connection is active then try again.

She can surf and email and all the usual stuff but can't spend her money at
the iTunes Store. This is not good for a budding Pediatrician.

I told her to reboot her cable modem as well as her (AV-current) peecee. I
haven't heard back yet.

Any ideas? TIA!

I assume you had her check her iTunes preferences for the correct log-in
information.

after that, i would check that her firewall is allowing iTunes to access
the internet. Can she connect to internet radio via itunes?
